Kapuas Hulu is the place that is so far from Pontianak city. We can go to there by using some kinds of transports such as plane, bus, motorcycle, taxi, small ship, and also motorboat.Kinds of transportation decide our times that is used by us to come there. You will be faster come to the regency if you are using land transportation or plane, because you can spend time four days on the way if you are using small ship. Although the place is so far but I believe all of you never feel bored because on your trip you can see green forest and natural nature that you never seen before, your trip will be fun.
When you come to Kapuas Hulu I am sure that you are feeling will be happy because you will meet kindly people in there, town’s people will give you information about their ethnics and take you to see the famous places if you want to. Nowadays, many people are assuming that Kapuas Hulu is small village which has forest just but it is not true because the size of area’s Kapuas Hulu is 29.842 KM, its size is divided into 23 subdistrics. The most of area’s Kapuas Hulu is wet regional. There are many kinds of plant is thrive in the area therefore livelihood of Kapuas Hulu’s people is from the result of forest but hairless forest will be re-planted by them after they taken the threes so it did not destroy its ecosystem in the area. Beside it has both natural nature and good forest Kapuas Hulu regency also has there are many kinds of fishes which is became pet animal such as Arwana and Ulanguli fish. Those fish live in Sentarum Lake at Kapuas Hulu. Do you know friend that Sentarum Lake is the largest lake in the Asia therefore it became National Park for recreation. So if you are having confuse because of you do not know where the good place to visited, I suggest you to go to Kapuas Hulu regency especially to visit Sentarum Lake because you will feel the fresh air, natural nature and also you can see there are many kinds of fish that you never seen before. Hmm, having heard pieces of information about it, will you interest to visit the regency??
